Memory Bar was an interactive theatrical cocktail event run by Society of Cocktails and commissioned by ArtHouse Jersey that ran in conjunction with Recollect.
In some ways it was an elaboration of some of the stories we heard while collecting memories for Recollect, as it weaved these with a fictional reframing based on a character encountered in one of the memories.
A bespoke and experimental cocktail was served at each stage of the story.
